LOUISIANA La. — Louisiana’s Lady Cajuns softball program will hold its annual “Meet the Team Day” from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. today at the Lady Cajun Softball Park. The event is free for all fans.

Fans will get a chance to view the 2004 squad in live game situations as an intrasquad scrimmage will be incorporated into a practice which begins at 10 a.m and lasts until noon.

Immediately after the scrimmage fans are invited to join the team for hamburgers, autographs, games and more from 12-1:30 p.m.

The day’s festivities will wrap up at the 4 p.m. Ragin’ Cajuns football game versus Idaho. At halftime of the game the 2003 Sun Belt Conference champion and Women’s College World Series participant will be honored.

Fans are being offered a half-price football ticket in the Ragin’ Cajuns softball section. To purchase a ticket for the softball section, please call the Cajundome Ticket Office at 265-2100.
