As a professional salesman, it is imperative to have prompt responsiveness. If a customer calls or writes me, I answer or respond asap. This doesn’t change whether I’m on vacation or it’s a holiday. I answer EVERY phone call, even if it says scam/telemarketer, because you never know in sales. That response time is frankly unacceptable.
Being on vacation is never an excuse...especially with email....
True should have had a backup and an away message with backups email ....keeping up with emails was always part of vacation...didn't mean I could do anything but forward email to others
I emailed RCAF earlier and for a response within an hour or 2….
