    People with biology degrees and scientists in general understand.

    The general public tends to take the textbooks and current understandings as dogmatic truths.

    Well, now that there’s an article describing an example of the scientific method is working exactly as intended, she should definitely ask for her money back.

    If I used the texts and codes I used in class in the 60s for design today I’d lose my license. It’s good to update books. Seems even my English books need updating.

    Modern science continues to learn that many times they have to unlearn what was established scientific beliefs. A few huge blunders from the late 60’s and 70’s.

    World will be out of oil in the mid 90’s.
    Population bomb will result in mass starvation. India too far gone to save.

    Lately they’ve having about a 5-6 percent difference in the age of the universe between the two most accepted models. According to the science channel if the age is wrong most of their theories will be invalid.
