Yeah me to I think LA is the way to go with the state. I really think that is the route we need to go. I think it is different. UVA, UGA etc. just take out the U and just use LA with the state. I just wish I would of thought of that .

I went back and forth on this in the past. IMO, the L is still the way to market our brand.

Okay here is the issue. We need something eye catching, and something that works.

I always like LA because it is unique, and something that other colleges do not use. It would separate us from Louisville etc.

Plus if we use the state think that is the best way to move forward that is unique to Louisiana.

L.A. might be considered Los Angeles, but with the state there is no doubt who we are and we are Louisiana.

The L with the state people say we look to much like LaTech, if it’s just the state it’s to plain doesn’t quite do it.

I think this is a way to use the state that is won’t be confused with LaTech or anyone else.

You’re making some very strong points. It’s just something we’re going to have to disagree on.
