Thread: UL Track guys with PodCast

  1. Default UL Track guys with PodCast

Guys, this is only partially athletic related. This is a podcast by former UL track athletes. I did not know of these guys, it is called "THE CARTIER FAMILY".

I found 3 of the 4 guys, Brock Appiah, Solomon Brent and Brandon Rhone. The last guy is named Taj, but I could not find him, I assume that is some sort of nickname.

They invited Vivek Ramaswamy on the podcast and literally said they all ran track together at "THE UNIVERSITY OF LOUISIANA". You can hear this at the 23:04 mark.

Very smart guys and very fair. I am only partially way through it, but for very young african american guys, they seem extremely fair and not attacking, Vivek is an interesting character as he is willing to talk to anyone, he was recently on the The Breakfast Club podcast.

Very impressed with these guys. You should listen, no matter what side of the political spectrum you are on.

A UL track podcast had a presidential candidate as a guest? That has to be a first, can any other NCAA sports program claim that?

I binged on the Cartier Family YouTube channel one night.

    Lots of upbeat fun.

Yeah, I watch them from time to time. Discovered them about a year ago. Their music reaction videos are pretty good too

I’ve watched them for a while. It’s actually a pretty good podcast and it’s growing. Good for them, I’m glad to see UL track athletes doing well.
