We have two SBC Championships. There is only one game 2021 that we had to play for it and win it. WE have just as much rights to the 2020 SBC Championship and should have a banner for that one as well. It was a shared co championship because of Coastal's decision not to play of us. (FACTS) When we hang the banners for the new stadium hopefully they put up 2.

I have long suspected that the Covic Carolina staff was sent out into the wild to "accidentally" catch something before the game.

Rehabbing my knee replacement, had the opportunity to rewatch the SBC Championship game....that was one hell of a team..

When did you get it replaced? How is your rehab going?

I'm pretty close to going in for one; it's bone on bone now and I can't straighten the knee fully so I limp slightly. But there's no pain so I have been waiting.

. . . there is therapy you can do to address the inability to straighten the knee . . . you can go straight to a clinic now but unfortunately if you are on Medicare you must still get a Dr’s prescription . . . quit limping as that is probably creating issues somewhere else . . . if you are on Medicare, go see Dr. Perry at LOS and he will get you what you need . . . LOS PT is also great . . .
