    What a nice meal of pan fried blackened Red Snapper, ham hock beans and a Caesar Salad complimented by a nice fine white wine. The Snapper was flaking off like crab meat.

    Speaking of what to call them.... every time we hear purple and gold we should change it to paisley and puke.
