So, the RCAF has New Board Officers and Five New Members. With that said, what are the goals of the RCAF for the next year, five years, ten years, etc. Where is the strategic plan? What are the membership goals year over year? How are they going to attract new members? Is the RCAF in the silent phase of operations?
RCAF needs to get freaking busy yesterday. It is absolutely ridiculous to have a stagnant membership after several years. We complain about no autonomy, yet the biggest holdup is constant, successful major fundraising outside the city of Lafayette.
