Doesn't effect me at all, just making points in this debate. Has anyone thought that maybe the university did a cost-benefit analysis of how much money they lose on things like equipment & ink to print a few paper tickets. Of course, the typical reaction will be that the university is stupid and this is USLing it like always.
Well at least we have an excuse now for 7000 for a home game this year. Lol. Whatever. Adapt and get to the game!
They have had service issues at the field for what, 15 years? i dont know... maybe address that before you do this? just a thought, you keep igoring the fact that you cant use your phone at the field starting about 3 hours before kickoff. Half our season tickets are corporate sponsors and get like 20,30,40 tickets. You think someone is going to sit their and transfer all those individually?
I can only hope they won't half _____ this.. but knowing my university the way that I do.. I don't have high hopes.
While it doesn't effect me at all.. I can imagine the majority of our over 60 year old fans won't be happy. Some still have flip phones....
They need to give us the opportunity to print out our tickets at home on a printer. So we can give out our tickets to other individuals.
Will walk-ups get physical tickets for the 30 foot trek to the scanner?
