    First and foremost is the connectivity issue. Apparently they have addressed the issue with the mobile scanners. As far as general bandwidth with the major carriers (i.e. AT&T or Verizon) it is still unknown. This is a HUGE issue and if it isn't front and center for the University then they are really out of touch with their customer base.

    So....University admin....you are reading this thread... I know that for a fact. Is the bandwidth, connectivity issue at Cajunfield addressed or not? If it is then shout it from the rooftops.
    Also, I think it should be easier to transfer tickets than what process in past involves. I accosionally give tickets to a nephew when out of town. This person is just a casual fan and probably has never opened our website. With paper tickets, I would bring them to him directly. You should be able to text them on quite easily. Hopefully that is an issue the administration is also considering as they plan for this change.

    See my post #86. Trying to get this figured out. I do appreciate Brandon responding to questions. Hopefully he provides clarity because there seems to be some kinks in the messaging right now.

    As RR frequently mentions, messaging is key. This will certainly be the case here. For example, the press release was sent out with a FAQ section. However, people were unaware of the policy until the release. These were just the frequent questions ANTICIPATED. Now that new questions are beginning to be asked, this section will need updates.

    Good point they are doing a pretty good job on social media answering questions but hopefully updates FAQ sections for those not as active on social media would be a great idea.

    I don’t think they do anything because RR mentions it . . .
