Oh boy.
It's 2023. I get it. Not happy with it because I like the paper tickets, but I get it.
Any guidance on walk up tickets? What to do if you lose your phone after hours of day drinking in September weather yet you don't realize it until you walk up to the gate before kick off?
Nope, should have kept it printed by request.
Our fans will complain about anything. It's not that hard to use simple technology. All you do is add the tickets to the wallet on your phone before you leave the house. Even youth travel baseball tournaments are using digital tickets. No grandparents are complaining about that, they simply make it work.
Yet another sterling effort to drive away more of the fan base. Again, brilliant Marketing.
I don't have a problem with it, as it's how I do my tickets for baseball.
But...not a good idea at all.
But now you haven to have service, not just a screen shot. That little deal has to be moving for it to work, what could possibly go wrong of thousands are at the gate at Cajun field, good luck logging on to transfer a ticket at Cajun field. I can’t get it to work when I’m trying to pay an invoice with nobody on it, 10k trying to log on it at once? Charge me to print them
I presume that they actually have a digital visual representation. That can be printed in case you forget, lose, or break your phone for the day in question. Now the university should have an immediate remediation available for the presumed few with problems. I prefer they keep both. But the green thing they claim to be actively promoting.
Guys this is actually a brilliant idea and will make it easier on us as fans.
The only problem, is it should have been presented now, and incorporated with the stadium renovation.
Sell one last book of tickets that commemorates the history of the program. Have tickets with the greatest moments printed on them. Send out two sheets of tickets, one for use and one for memorabilia.
