MAT didn't have time to prepare. Nick and Gerry are probably better at remembering UL sports related history than Josh. Gerry is to nice of a guy for this kind of debate. With no notice Nick would have been the best choice, with time to prepare I would go with Josh.

Josh was clearly the best fit for this arena, and he clearly held his own.

At the end of the day, college sports is a hobby. My life doesn’t revolve around this kind of stuff to where I’m going to go on a show and get yelled at for not doing the 4th down Chinese Bandits bow or acknowledging that La State University is the center of the universe.

Josh did as good of a job as you can expect going against a guy you know wouldn't listen, would just talk over him and would argue anything he said. My personal favorite moment is when Josh called them TSAB. The look on the other guys face was priceless.

I considered participating, however it was clear after he and his minions went on a smear campaign against me and claimed that I attended "many LSU games on a regular basis" that it would be a useless fight and I wasn't going to waste my energy. I don't deal well with liars, and I wasn't going to get baited into a fight. I have a nice job outside of talking sports, so I have to be especially careful on how I word or say things as I don't hide behind anonymous accounts.

Too long to print out, official name is University of Louisiana at Lafayette, athletically, Sunbelt agrees for us to use Louisiana in sports, ULM chose to use initials in sports. Now, this simple minded person says he won’t call us Louisiana, is typical lsu stupidity. Just wanted to reach out and to say thank you for your support of Louisiana having to put up with this bias person thank you for taking the bullet for Cajun Nation. That interview went exactly how I expected it to go. I didn't want to watch but decided to give it a shot. That dude is a complete tool. He just yelled the whole time. Props to Josh for keeping his cool.

I am a massive UL fan and I love my Cajuns. I am extremely proud of my degree from UL and any success that comes from this university. But those people take their pride to a whole other level. I don't think I would even call it pride. This dude spoke about LSU and their success like he was part of it. These people have no personality other than LSU sports.

Yes. I’m not saying you need to attend a university to be a fan. Not the case. But the extent that UL alumni that are fans get ridiculed by TSAB fans that never took a credit hour is just mind boggling.

I like how you put it. He was not part of it. Aside from a little show and spending money to attend games and buy branded camo hats, you are not part of it!

Be a fan of a school and their sports teams. Don’t be a leach that attaches to success and spit on others like you are better than them by affiliation.
