That "LSU" guy is the embodiment of the type of fan we have to deal with. Someone that just attaches themselves to a winner, creates a Twitter account, and starts using the pronouns we/us when discussing LSU. Then has the audacity to tell a university what it should brand itself as.

ULM, Tech, and LSU grads taking exception...we can sit down and hopefully have a conversation. But these bandwagon fans don't deserve the time of day.

Tough position to be in. Right out the gate he was taking grenades and it felt like he was on the stand being cross examined by a prosecutor that had no interest in hearing the answers other than what they want to hear.

I'm sure MAT had his reasons for going on and could clue us in.

Professional discourse is good. I think we need that to at least rebut TSAB fan and media garbage. Combat their silly narrative and fresh/original jokes they love to throw around and laugh among themselves. You're not going to get that on platforms like that, though. Maybe one of theirs will return the favor and RR keeps it more professional and less bar room shouting from the host.

Questions that need to be followed up on.

-Still offered no reason why we "can't" be Louisiana and they get to drop the A&M. I just laugh when they say, "you don't represent all of Louisiana." Thank God you don't either, bro.

-Media and content creators that dump on UL and are not even TSAB alum? Dude went to SLU. Relax on your fandom.

-Inside member of the baseball committee to help us get an at large? That's a fun conspiracy. I can imagine if that was even close to being a thing, you'd have heard it here first. Fiction can be fun.

-Championships matter. Sure. But so does head-to-head. Don't throw a historical blanket over all athletics and say you can't compete head-to-head. Recent history shows otherwise. Ask their softball team. We got to the equivalent of the sweet 16 at their expense.

-We have played you in a weekend series in baseball recently, but it had to be done in the NCAA super regionals and you had no control over it. Yeah, they won, but playing at home and the games were great! It was a Super, not some February series.

So I reluctantly went back and watched the whole thing. This was embarrassing and not a good look at all. Man about town you had every chance to counter his grenades with nuclear bombs and you failed. You failed Cajun nation.
