Ok…read the thread title again. It’s about moving towards the L.

I already opined on that earlier in the thread. The thread moved towards talking about the state silhouette mock-ups.

As a fan I'm tired of fighting identity battles, and I feel like we've made strides and we're going to provide more low hanging fruit. No thanks. I'm exiting thread.

100% this. Now is the worst time to change logos of any sorts imo. Our unis look great, Ragin Cajuns on helmet with Script Cajun as alternative once a year. White face mask. Let’s go!

I’m not a fan of the black unis they just look out of place e but whatever…

Okay I think people on here thinking I am advocating for getting rid of the FDL or the Ragin Cajuns.

I am with y’all those logos don’t change none what so ever. The FDL and the Ragin Cajuns are the primary.

Problem is the stack Ragin Cajuns don’t look good on a hat. The FDL does but only under a white background.

What I am proposing is working it in. Maybe make a baseball hat or a visor, something that could be used in softball or baseball instead of Ragin Cajuns all the time. Softball team doesn’t even have uniforms that say Louisiana, it’s just Ragin Cajuns all the time. We have helmets that have the stacked Ragin Cajuns that’s fine those look good not advocating getting rid of that. The stacked Ragin Cajuns to me doesn’t belong on a hat or visor, a FDL does, and in this instance maybe something like the L logo.

Work it in as a alternative logo. Not advocating say okay get rid of the Stack Ragin Cajuns or FDL let’s just go full steam ahead on this. NO WAY!!

Get’r Done . . . No stopping now . . . We are Louisiana, the one and only Louisiana . . . Adopt the LOUISIANA silhouette . . . it is the only thing that SCREAMS LOUISIANA right when you look at it . . . what does one say when they see it . . . look at it and say it out loud . . . scream it . . . what other symbol can one use which does exactly that . . . No other symbol . . . every other school who would use it must augment it to get to their name . . . not Louisiana . . .
