Louis Phillippe Langevin - RHP from Wabash Valley College is a Canadian (Quebec) who signed with UL and is still undrafted

. . . why is HD a shock . . . those guys drafting believe they can fix anyone who reaches 93 or above . . . if they can’t, oh well . . . the money they are throwing out there to these kids is a pittance for MLB compared to what they get if they can fix a guy like that . . .

I think the coaching staff was worried Lacombe would be drafted and not make it to UL campus. Not surprised by Durke getting drafted. Scouts look at potential, not necessarily stats.

He still may. There’s typically not a big payday in the 12th round. And he will still have some leverage next year.
