That is some sorry numbers, 2nd to last in the conference when it comes to attendance.

I can only blame one person for this fiasco and that is the administration!

If you look at the percentage of change in the last 5 yrs. We have went down -23.46 percent in attendance.

Thought wins and losses matter? Nope I blame the athletic administration whoever is controlling the game to game operations at Cajun Field.

Here is another thing I AM GLAD we are doing stadium enhancement but that only fixes for a limited time only.

Excuse me I blame the administration! I know it’s not just one person. So it justifies doing nothing and the administration has no part in the 23.46 decrease in attendance? Okay I guess

When the fans of Lafayette have left, it will be extremely hard to get them back.

The first % is the amount of change from 2021 to 2022 and the far right % is the average change in 5 years

Here is another embarrassing/alarming statistic. I’ve looked and I might be 1 or 2 off so.

According the the 5 year average! We have lost more fans than 125 schools.

Another way of looking at it we are in the bottom 5 of Division I-A football when it comes to gaining/losing fans on the 5 year average!

Who do we blame? The fans? Nah I don’t think so. I also don’t blame our choice in coaches.

It all has to do what is happening on game day, Marketing, Branding, Parking, Concessions, Tailgating etc.
