I can only conclude that Chris isn’t ready if we start a damaged Ben. Not a great runner, especially now damaged, mediocre passer under 60% completion ratio in an era that 67% is considered the better passers.

Last year, we needed a QB that could move the chains due to poor OL play. IF, our OL does it's job we'll run the ball better and take pressure off the paying game. They should pass block better too. All 3 QBs will look better if that's the case.

If Zeon isn't the starter by week three, Desormeaux can kiss his job goodbye. Everyone in the locker room, everyone at practice every day, and all those closest to the program know that he has the most upside of any quarterback in the conference.
