    Where we can sit on the couch, take a nap, go to church, go to sporting events, go fishing, go hunting go to a message parlor, go to a strip joint or go wherever in the hell we want . . . may all enjoy your own respective go opportunities . . .

    nice. I enjoyed the prospect of a non-work Tuesday so much I didn't even cook (but i did want to do a pork roast in the dutch oven.)

    Nothing fancy for us. Our tradition is to eat Nathan's while watching hot dog eating contest.

    I did smoke some Funyons also. Yes, you did read that right. They were pretty damn good to.

    Jalapeño burgers and honey & garlic pork sausage on the smoker, both from Kartchner’s in Scott. Hot dogs.

    Pork Chops. I use a Brine for 2 hours before they hit the grill. Game changer.

    Other than that, Champagne's Burgers, Richard's Smoked Green Onion Sausage, Johnsonville Cheddar Brats, and a few bacon wrapped chickens.

    We traveled back home yesterday so went to the cauliflower crust Supreme Pizza from Costco . . . Best pizza you will ever eat for the price . . . $12 for pak of 2

    Did a couple of Drunkin Chickens, Bar B Que sausage, a country rib and a rack of baby back ribs from Tooks, green bean casserole and a nice green salad on Saturday . . . Rib-eyes from Hebert’s on Monday with a baked potato and great green salad on Monday . . .
