Damn I wanted to watch this but didn’t realize it was on so early. I know that Frank will make the most of his opportunity.

By the time I realized games were on the hornets and spurs were at the half. That 7’3 “phenom” looked lost out there. He’s definitely not used to the speed of the American game.

Also ABC/disney reported that it was his first NBA game, does that really count as an NBA game?

Big night for frank b IV. 10 points on 4-5 shooting 2-3 from 3. 3 rebounds 2 assists and 2 turnovers in under 11 minutes.

Jake Madison of the Locked On Pelicans commented on Frank’s performance in his episode today. He said good performance by Frank may get him a spot on the Birmingham Squadron, Pels G league affiliate.

You are not required to play in summer league if you are drafted. It is up to the team that drafts you. Summer league games are basically NBA exhibitions. I think person who used that phrase was distinguishing from the international pro ball Frank has played in the past .

Yes, he was an older graduate student when he played for us and that was 2018

No but every team wants their picks to get acclimated to the game and get reps as early as possible. All of the top players play summer league.

Frank's dad told me in the Cayman's years ago, that Frank would play in the NBA one day. Well, if nothing else happens, he was sort of right.
