Thread: Louisiana Can't Escape the Will Wade Saga

  1. Default Re: LSU Men's Basketball Coach Subponeaed in Federal Basketball Corruption

Usually a witness to a crime who is not the victim of the crime is either a criminal or just a little too close to a criminal.

This might be a good one to assign to Peanut.

I love that little Whiney Will is getting his little _____ in deep hot water. I knew something was not right when all these top guys were going to LSU, had to be a reason

You may get away with this against G5 teams, but when you start going toe to toe with Kentucky, UCLA, Duke, North Carolina, Syracuse, etc.; your actions will carry a lot more weight.
It doesn’t surprise me in the least bit. Will Wade is a ___ing turd

    He is a perfect fit.

He’s not indicated so there’s little chance he’s consemated a crime. But is discussing a potential price an NCAA violation?

Which means nothing will happen to him because it is not an NCAA probe. He may be guilty, probably is guilty, but unless the NCAA decides to act on the findings of the FBI, it will eventually just blow over.

Like judge Marilyn says on the People's Court, if it walks like a duck, flies like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it's got to be a duck......unless you are LASU. You know they will walk away from this with no penalties.

All I know is that he is definitely getting his money's worth this year. I wonder how much he is paying his present team?

Discussing what else needs to happen for it "to work" is sure a suspicious comment.

He’s closing a door so there’d be no witnesses. Again I doubt discussing what’s it going to take to deliver a player. Maybe there’s some things that aren’t violations. But I’m also sure the second financial inducements are discussed he’s obligated to let the NCAA know.

.....Remember the academic cheating with the grad assistants? No problem just focus on a new academic center.....if they go to court they would have been so guilty but $250k can close some lips!!!

Don’t forget they also got those tutors placed at another P5 university as part of the settlement.

I can’t see anything really coming of this although it would be cool. If the ncaa investigates this corruption case then duke, Kansas etc are going down also and I don’t think the ncaa really wants that black cloud showing
