As far as the NCAA is concerned those alleged tapes don't exist unless they actually become evidence.

There's nothing that can happen. That's not a P5 or a G5 thing.

The NCAA investigates a lot of potential violations where there is no actual "evidence".

This is better than just getting it on tape. They have this guy on video with the undercover agent talking about Wades offer.

Yeah he is all but gone. That amended contract he signed is about as one sided as you can get. Wade is just trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of LSU before the hammer falls.

You have to wonder how much the landscape of college basketball will change over the next few years. It is one thing to risk your job by paying players but now we are talking about risking your freedom.

Wade was reinstated 2 weeks ago. Smart was cleared to play before ncaa tournament. I think Wade’s biggest problem will come if he did indeed pay Reid or Waters. They will never find the smoking gun for Smart because he was likely paid by local bagmen they use for football and they make sure the people getting paid know how to spend/hide it

What a stark contrast to how most of this board and fan base felt when Saunders was caught. It was a lot of being ____ed off and embarrassment seeing our name in the news regarding cheating. LSU is embracing the cheat. I know every fan base thinks that theirs is than others in some form or fashion, but those people are just awful.
