To his credit, he has used his athletes metrics (100 yards rushing, 3 TFL in a game etc) to funnel money into several BR charitable organizations. He puts a dollar figure on the achievement and donates those dollars.

    . . . I’m talking about getting plaintiff cases, where he makes his $$$$ . . .

School that have boosters and collectives that are paying tons in major sports and not coming close to championships (TAMU football, for example) may take a strong look to see what they can better spend their money on.

But the magic phone number of 8’s reminds that fan base who did it. Want to talk about “the fix was in”…sure looks that way. In the meantime the lemmings share the magic 8’s throughout social media. Free advertising.

It’s just a lesson…for a big program, it’s no biggie. For those struggling to build a stadium, it’s an issue managing booster egos.
Kim Mulkey and Gordon McKernon were sitting together at the game. Tired of living in Sportsman Injury Lawyer Paradise. Auto insurance and home insurance out of control, but LSU winning championships is good for the state!

Agreed. The ends justify the means. Everyone has a happy ending, so to speak.

To his credit it APPEARS there is a ROI, not necessarily measured in quantitative dollars.

We all know people who silently make donations to various causes without fanfare AND don’t want it known. Those guys have my upmost respect.

Wait until Texas joins the SPEND EXORBITANT CASH party…will be a race between Texas and aTm who can waste the most. Eventually one of those two will find the right formula and dominate. The SEC hook is no longer a selling point against UT. Nobody presently in the SEC has Texas money.

I’m guessing Texas being in the SEC helped Arch Manning land there.

I don't remember that jingle but the "Messy Split" finger fastball didn't end well.

How much could that jello shot money ($350K?) have helped k-12 education?

The man can spend his money anyway he wants too. He's not a government entity. He's a PI attorney who's jumped into NIL with both feet, including a couple of UL football players last year...but you wouldn't know that because you don't follow UL sports, you just hang around the outskirtes and pontificate on all things non-UL Sports related....

That $380k is a drop in the bucket for this guy...If you go to his website, he does plenty for the community, like give away hundreds of bikes at Christmas, Laptops to deserving students, and more. But, you wouldn't know that because someone wasn't holding your hand so you could do some research about Gordon McKernan. Here, allow me to help...https://www.getgordon.com/gordon-gives/

If he gets one decent case from this it’s all paid for. He gets many, many, many more than one case from all this.

Can you just imagine how much the (so-called) Walmart fans love this guy.

He is making hay way more than any of the athletes he befriends or bestows NIL upon or any of the community service he assists.

NIL has been a grand slam for him and others similarly situated.
