If so there would already be an athletic depth fee. So it doesn't seem so.
Also I am not sure that free admittance is the same as free tickets

I have degrees from UL and LSU. When I was a student at LSU, I had to pay for football tickets and the athletic fee.

Yes lol, I “had to” because my master’s degree is not offered at UL.

"Had to" suggests you could not opt out of the tickets. On the other hand if you wanted in you had to pay. Which was it?
