I believe he tested positive multiple times (possibly ten) eventually leaving to go to rehab and prepare for draft but was not suspended

Looks like he was suspended for one game the year before.
Then ironically after his rehab he was arrested in BR. So if not on team arrested, but when on team and has it on multiple occassions no arrest and despite the more than ten failed tests and his admittedly going to rehab the case was still ruled a "first offense"
