By plotting to leave Mountain West, San Diego State's headed in the right direction
PAC 12 makes sense for SDSU even in its current state. At the same time B12 makes more sense for Colorado at this time. We'll see if they give notice by June 30th. There's momentum for it. Certainly all scenarios are being vetted, but from afar it seems like PAC12 should invite SDSU, Boise, and Gonzaga if their new network partners approve.
Totally agree.
Side note: I've always said if you want to get noticed step out from the shadows.
They are effectively willing to go independant in order to shake the tree.
This is the kind of bold move I've been asking Louisiana to make.
Get Noticed and put yourself on the map.
In the end though, I think you are right about SDSU having some "serious behind the scene discussions."
You mean serious independent discussions . . .
They are not going independent without some type of offer from the PAC 12.
Have to give the owner of this site a bone, every now and then . . .
Dont think this will be happening anytime soon...
