No relevance, it was a side question.

Most politicians are lawyers. Easiest profession to make lots of money at the expense of others misfortunes. That’s why no one trusts them.
Most will burn in hell, but hey that’s why we need a law school at UL. We need that dirty money sent our way and we can spend it good yea!

Way to look at it negatively. How about a positive post...If student fees were not counted as outside revenue (since it isn't from the outside) we are easily first

Bump. They always forget that. To compare deduct their conference money for a true comparison

Isn't the question the allocation of what the fees go to, not adding additional fees?

Since the State opted to make student vote on fees instead of adding academic related fees TO TUITION, fee allocation is theoretically locked in.

But aren't all the pieces of that student fee voted on individually? Does anyone have a list:
Isnt it 20 for SGA, 15 for union, 25 for bourgeois hall, 10 for ID, 20 for xyz academic society, 5 for Verm paper, etc etc etc?

Couldn't athletics take the place of an existing fee, i.e. vote that out

USM just posted that they have 2000 members in their athletic foundation again this year. Perhaps we should take a look at small donations.

    100%

Napier wanted his students to become members of the RCAF.

Small donations are the gateway to success.

Starting off with large donations as an immediate goal are a surefire roadblock to growing membership.
