Lightning delay around 6:00 lasting until about 9:00 Then I want Texas to break one of their NCAA records. In particular the one they set in 2009 for the most innings (25) ever in an NCAA Div 1 game.

Cajuns will have all of their pitching available, except Nezuh and Fluno.

While you hate to see Cash and Couch knocked around like that . and pitching Christie in this game . the good news is that it gave them a chance to get rid of any yips they might have in their first appearance of the regional. Hopefully Cash and Couch are more settled their next time out . and they do not suffer a crisis of confidence. Christie looked sharp . good down and arm-side movement on his fastball.

I stayed up for that game . the entire game. Austin Wood went 13 innings for the Longhorns, throwing 169 pitches.

I do not expect a 3-2 game tonight, though.

I was watching but did not make it through the entire game. Think I went into snooze mode around the 16th or so.

We are very lucky we got our game in. Storms just blew up in Coral Gables.
