I wouldn't mind an update once in a while. Funny thing is... I used to donate, but they never called me about reupping my monthly donation, so I found another source to spend it on.

I'm not sure she will garner much more anywhere else, but softball NIL is not something I follow.

I’m sure Marshall Catcher will follow their coach to North Carolina but we could use either one of these.

I think the main focus would be pitching.

Ah, maybe..she's from Polk County, which is in the western NC foothills..not too far from Clemson as well or USC in Cola, SC...both are closer to Polk County than UNC, if that means anything...

Marshall catcher has great numbers against very bad competition. In conference play she only had 18 RBI, 4 HR and 2 2B. She did hit .410 in conference, but they did not play Troy, South Alabama or UL. In her 3 games vs TxSt and the tournament games vs USA and UL she hit .250 [2 for 8] with 1 HR and 1 RBI. Against Pitt, Alabama, Liberty and Virginia Tech she hit .250 [3 for 12] with 2 HR and 3 RBI.

So against quality competition she hit .250 with 3 HR and 4 RBI in 9 games.

Tyler Oubre, pitcher, is from Louisiana. She has a great rise ball and plenty of spin on her pitches. Her problem was there were 3 senior pitchers and the #4 Softball pitcher in the country according to Extra Innings Softball, ahead of her. She took a red shirt her first year here to "improve". After the red shirt year, she pitched in Clearwater, then didn't pitch again although she had 6 K's in 3 innings. She did have a concussion in the fall, but that should not have prevented her from pitching. Although, it did take a long time to get over the concussion. She pitched in Clearwater, so she was okay to pitch for most of the season. At the end of the season, in Ruston, she was hit in the face with a stray ball and suffered a black eye and a fracture. Prior to that, she was used as a "pinch runner". Apparently, the Exit Interview did nothing to convince her she would get more playing time, so she decided to find her way somewhere else. She has a boyfriend on the baseball team who also wears #16, the same as she. She will be a 'Great Get' for some team.

3 senior pitchers, Sam and a freshman ahead of her.

I’d take her in a heart beat. Hope Glasco is after her…
