Going to btm 7th with Troy leading Bama 8-7
A&M breaks a 4-4 tie in the T8th against Stanford with a bases loaded, bases clearing double down the LF line to lead 7-4.

Wow. Troy SS (Cobb) just blew the throw to first on a routine ground ball that would have ended the game. Two runs score and Bama now leads 9-8.
Troy also made a mistake on the prior at-bat. With runners at first and second and one out. Bama leadoff hitter Jarvis hit a ball to deep CF (not quite to the warning track) where it was caught by Myers. But instead of throwing it in to second base, he threw it towards third where he had no shot at getting the runner tagging from second to third. This allowed the runner from first to move up to second and put the go ahead run at second.
Keeping that runner at first may also have allowed Cobb (Troy SS) to get the force at second to end the game. Mistakes all around.

Troy coughs up a 1 run lead to Bama in the top of the 9th with 2 outs, making their 4th error of the game.
I feel bad for the Troy SS.
Gift wrapped and handed to Bama . . .
Going to the B9th ... Troy needs three to tie ... four to walk it off.
