My thought was to make Stadium Club an enticement by having it open and running like usual. Then have just the outfield available to non-RCAF (or Non-Bracelet) folks. Gives the VIP separation that you want in a perk like that, while limiting the custodial staff in the stands. Maybe even have a $10 cover for families (or individuals), invite them to bring their lawn chairs and ice chest. Again, limits concession staff. Invite the beer guy to come and make some extra money.
But the kicker is, the stadium club as a perk and recruiting new RCAF members. “With minimum of $XX donation, you can join the watch party in stadium club AND become an RCAF member.”
You do that over the course of entire regional (and hopefully supers and CWS) and I believe you can really get some buy-in, on top of giving the rest of our fanbase a great communal experience.
Man, y'all need to kiss and make up. You both want the very best for UL.
Let’s compare
Pete’s: private business. already open. Has staff. Has food. Has drinks. Has a regular clean up schedule. Has good audio. Has TVs. Has AC.
Tigue: is a baseball stadium. Not open other than scheduled home baseball games and other preplanned events. Has no staff. Has no food. Has no drinks. Has no regular clean up schedule in off season. Has audio that doesn’t work well. Has a TV, but probably take a guy to set everything up. Doesn’t have AC (but does in SC).
Is it possible the administration had given up on the postseason and are not mobile enough to pivot on unexpected success?
There should always be a proactive local organized watch party location, above and beyond what fans do for themselves.

It's obvious this admin gives ZERO forethought for things like this. Very ill-prepared. Apparently not that important to them. Some people are perfectly fine with mediocrity, and that's OK. Just don't attack those that want the best and demand better from our administration. Status quo doesn't get you anywhere.
