AAC would’ve only gotten in 2 if Tulane doesn’t steal a bid.

And therefore the Big West would have gotten 2 in.

This bid breakdown shows why baseball is not yet a national sport. It may become more so when start of the season is pushed back. Coach Deggs said at a Diamond Club meeting earlier in the season that will eventually happen.

It's about right. Sun Belt had 4 last year also - but would have been 3 had the Cajuns not stolen a bid... (GA Southern hosted, Coastal, Texas State, and UL). AND we added Southern Miss this year. Going in, I thought 5 might have been realistic if things had fallen right.

No problem sir, cut and pasted from NCAA site.

Theoretically, the four 2 bid conferences stole bids. SBC might of been a 5 bid league.

Do you think Texas State might have gotten in?

They looked better than us going into the stretch... but they went 0-5 vs. us to flip that around. I guess it had to be them or us. Wasn't going to be both. They also dropped a game to ULM last weekend of the regular season while we were picking up a win vs. Southern Miss.

Ah, I have no problem sharing. This one was easy, wasn’t an adversarial topic.
