Thread: Analyzing the Bubble

40 wins in the top 5 RPI conference this while also finishing the season in the conference finals should be enough. But the committee will put the bigger names ahead of us and I’m terrified of that.

I’m thinking he’s still waiting to see how many stolen bids there are today. Not much is going in our favor at the moment.

Will take a closer look once all of the results are in (later tonight). But it is time to be nervous.

I think our chances took a big hit today from feeling good about an at large to somewhat of a probably not situation

Sounds like there's about 2 spots available and we're not only competing with names like Georgia but we are also in an area that's heavily saturated with teams already

Brian stated there were 8 at large bids earlier. Then came 2 stolen bids which hurt us substantially in my opinion. EVEN BRIAN mentioned he didn't see those 2 bids getting stolen .

Georgia getting in with a 10-17 conference record would be so fitting with how the committee chooses their teams.

Warren Nolan has our RPI now at 48.

Was a good run. There’s always next season.

I can’t see how Georgia gets in. Finished 11th in conference and then got beat 9-0 in the single elimination round to start the tourney.

They fired their coach already too.

Tulane losing 40 games and then stealing the bid that keeps the Cajuns out would be completely nauseating.
