The Cajuns played well tonight. Outsmarted by Heather Tarr.

To a big extent, yes. They beat us with good coaching. They maxed out all they had. The pitcher held us down, but runs were there to be had.

Gerry is still trying to figure it out as a head coach.This weekend was about as much learning as you need. Little by little, he’s getting closer, the the missteps hurt even more when the game was there to be had.

Lots of good depth coming back next year.

Also, freaking McNeese. Should have been here this weekend.

Maybe leaving so late to go to Seattle is the reason they are playing like this. Should have left on Wednesday at the minimum.
