Robe used to say he liked to give a pitcher 1 hour of rest for every pitch thrown. Which would put Marshall not pitching until next weekend.

There have been teams in the mid to high 50's. But that was a while back.

I do have concern that the committee will award #55 Kansas State an at-large bid. They tied for 4th in the Big XII (with TCU). KSU is 10-13 in Q1 and 2-5 vs. the RPI Top 25. #39 Oklahoma (7th place in Big XII) is also on the bubble and could be selected ... as is #40 Texas Tech.

The NCAA would be 2 faced if they do not offer UL an at-large bid because if their RPI.
I do understand it’s 2 different committees, but the softball committee chose not to highly value RPI when giving out host sites as they seemed to have valued top 25 record.

UL baseball has a good top 25 record worthy of an at-large bid!

I agree. It speaks volumes about how the Cajuns have fared against the top teams. They have more Top 25 wins than several of the teams being considered for national seeds and host regionals.
