But State's most effective president in recent decades was Mark Emmert.

He left State to go UW.

He left UW to become the President of the NCAA, and just stepped down March 1.

I wonder how he's feeling about now?

the one we are playing this weekend is actually purple and gold, the one last weekend seems a lot more yellowish, ive even heard the phrase paisley and puke in certain circles.

funny how they are sticklers for proper names but dont use proper names of colors
