Thought Chloe Riassetto was the hero of the series with LaSU. Hadn't realized she was a freshman until I read her bio this weekend. Just made it even more impressive. If she was nervous, no one knew but her. Just simply amazing.

The Italian name "Riassetto" means rearrangement.
One site says a direct translation to English is "Tidy-Up."
I can't think of a better description for what she accomplished.
I had a talk with Justin early in the season in Clearwater. He told me then Chloe had ice water in her veins
Riassetto meant “to take out the trash”, this weekend.
Chloe is left-handed. There were eight left-handed hitters in LSU's lineup. She had proven she is tough for left-handed batters to hit. And, she proved it again against LSU.
In an environment like that, with tremendous pressure and so much on the line, some freshmen can handle it and some freshmen cannot. LSU's freshman pitcher was not able to handle it. The Cajuns' freshman pitcher was. Congratulations to her.
An absolutely fantastic job. Also, a fantastic job by both Justin and Glasco for making the decision to go with her.
Chloe was big Time Sunday. I was very impressed with the young lady's performance. She might again be a big contributor against Washington.
