I was drunk the day the Cajuns beat the tiggas
And I went to see them in the heat
But, before I could get to the stadium in my pickup truck
They got runned over by a d___ed old Cajuns
So I'll hang around as long as security will let me
And I never minded standin' near the foul pole. No,
You don't have to call me LSU A&M Baton Rouge
You never even call me, I wonder why you don't call me
Why don't you ever call me by my name.

Sounds like the song Deangelo Sanchez was singing
Great fish.
So I wonder if Doc Cajun Fun would be up to being the next UL president after T-Joe????? O r maybe the Dean of our future Medical School-----Love Ya Fun!!!
wow, solid gold
Maybe we got screwed by not hosting a regional but LSU got screwed worse by having to host a regional including a team who is clearly good enough to host.
we could add “lady” to the throw back jerseys and tell them that is the second L they keep going on and on about
Very kind of you, thanks.
With age comes wisdom... or maybe just some some cheap knock-off that looks like wisdom.
In my old age, I've realized I'm good at dealing with ideas, not so good with some other things. For instance, I'm a lousy politician.
And T-Joe's job is as political as it is anything. In fact, a major reason we are doing well is because,
a) with his decades at UL and at the Regents in BR, T-Joe understands the game of higher ed probably better than anyone else in Louisiana, and,
b) he has been at the helm here for 15 years, making him (I believe) the Dean of Louisiana college presidents, as well as the Dean of Sun Belt presidents.
That's a lot of experience, and a lot of clout.
And on the last point, I wonder who in the 'Belt proposed that no former Sun Belt members would be re-admitted when C-USA began decomposing. Mind you, I have no information either way.
But does anyone know if T-Joe is the only 'Belt president who was in office during the 2013 departures, and who had to sit through the ugly comments made at that time, & since?
Because T-Joe's a Cajun.
And we all know Cajuns never forget.
