Bab talking about how we wanted to play great baseball this weekend, so regardless of what happens here we accomplished what we set out to do this weekend. Call me crazy, but I don’t get that man. We lost a series to a conference foe. They are a great team, but how do you go in to a conference series with a goal less than winning 2/3?

When I said I was afraid the basketball mindset would creep into baseball, this is exactly what I was referring to. This “it’s ok because almost” culture we sometimes promote will be the ultimate demise of us.

Again, besides giving Marshall only one batter and possibly using Rawls yesterday, which pitching choices this weekend were questionable or looked like we were pulling names out of a hat? I really did not see any others and there were good justifications posted here for the Rawls decision yesterday.
