App State defeated Troy. An outright third place conference finish was ours today. Instead we are the #4 seed in the tournament.

This team had chance after chance after chance to flip the script on the season and cement an at-large bid...didn't get it done. Let's keep the bats hot and win the conference tournament.
The verdict is in on the regular season - not good enough!
Maybe someone can explain to this to me. We have a mediocre bullpen with limited choices due to injuries. That said, thank goodness we got quality starts earlier in weekend to save the pen. But knowing what we have, why do we continue to try and match up right on right, left on left when we are running out of able bodies? This is not the big leagues. If said guy has to face one guy that he doesnt match with, but the next 3-4 hitters he matches up with…let him stay in the game. How will he ever learn to maneuver a lineup. I just dont get it. So i guess if u a righty u just face righty’s in our system.
Until the mindset of trying to strike out every batter you face changes, not much of anything else will
If there was ever a time to pitch to contact, this was the year. This team is exceptionally good defensively.
Robe rarely (NEVER EVER) did the left on left switch. It's college baseball for FS.
OH OH let's put this lefty in with 4 IP all year....to walk the bases loaded on 4 pitches.
It didn't cost us any runs, but is not good. What cost us was using Rawls Friday with a 10 run lead
