Their ace pitcher only struck out 2 batters, our staff struck out 12. We threw Sam for 4.1 innings with 5Ks, Megan for 1.2 and 4Ks, then closed with Kandra in the 7th with 3Ks and only 10 pitches.

Team batting was .333, they hit for .167.

The Ragin' Cajuns are in Baton Rouge for Regional play looking to advance to the Super Regional. Game one was today against Omaha. The Cajuns defeated Omaha 5-0.

In 2004 Louisiana needed pitchers for 5 games.

In 2005 Louisiana played 7 games in one regional.

From LSU website. Winner's bracket game is at 12 PM.

If you win you move to Championship Round on Sunday.

If you lose you play again at 5 PM on Saturday. Let's hope for the first scenario I just mentioned.
