The year to year consistency implies some view it as a future job application and they are not looking to impress with a lateral move.

They were 10-10 vs. the RPI Top 25. LSU had all the measurables to be where they were seeded. That said, they are very beatable ... by the Cajuns.

I know everyone is disappointed and I feel for the team but we can do this and get to World Series. We do not have to face a top 6 seeded team to get to World Series. We will undoubtedly go to BR with a chip on our shoulder and with bad intentions on our mind. Let's go out and win and give the finger to the Notorious Cheating Always Allowed, I mean NCAA Selection Committe.

I could care less about the winnable regional although I want to win. I'm tired of the so called little guys having to look at athletics with the glass half full mentality. The dejection of our players say it all. They worked hard all season to put themselves in a position to host and to have it taken away and sent to Baton Rouge is a major letdown for them. Yes I'm POed this hurts. I don't know what we can do about it in the future but I hurt for our team.
