The committee decides what criteria works best for the agenda. Needs to be a straight formula. 1-16. Highest rpi after auto bids for at large too.

She did reiterate what some of us knew . that they place significant importance on RPI Top 25 and RPI Top 10 wins. This was the reason for the RPI/seeding mismatches unveiled . and Clemson hosting. Though I think the glaring inconsistency here is Clemson hosting over Baylor.
