UL Softball Post game Sun Belt Tournament

It is really special to have Coach Glasco at UL. First class guy and coach.

As a softball casual, it's easy to take for granted the success and storied history of our softball program but they continue to make us proud. Very touching presser. Basketball, golf, and softball.

Time to bring back those "Home of Champions" type shirts/merch we did a while back when Hud was here.

Stuff like that just gives you hope for sustained success for softball. If you needed any, really.

The whole portal and NIL environment is depressing. But sports like softball seem different. Recruiting kids at such a young age and having them actually come play and succeed. That’s great. You can root for these players knowing they are staying.

You feel confident with the character student athletes Glasco is bringing in.

Sam is going to go on and do great stuff outside of softball. But she’ll kick ass for us for 2 more years. Might not expect a “first of all, I want to thank…..but I’ve entered my name” tweet.

Softball is not MBB or FB. I get it. But Gerry and staff have it right.

Plus, good to have Dave jump right in and give all Cajun sports an exposure they’ve lost a bit. Dude is either working overtime or we got really numb to the lack of coverage. Maybe both.
