    And add to that fact that all of their supplies (and delivery of supplies) have had their prices jacked up too. It ALWAYS gets pushed to the consumer.

    Alleviating the problem has a fairly simple solution. Maybe in 2024 it can begin to be corrected.

    Just wait till new construction restaurants aren’t allowed to install gas stoves anymore.

    New York Wok cooking will never be the same.

    I doubt that happens nationwide, but if it does Louisiana will be last to implement.

    Already set for NYC. Not sure if that will apply to restaurants or not
