I was watching part of their game last night after we won. McNeese and SLU have very good clubs. I went to bed it was 2-1 McNeese and then I woke up and it was 6-2. But man both teams had some hideous uniforms

My wife commented that SLU looked like little green army men, and McNeese while better were pretty awful.

We dropped to 11 in RPI. We did our part, but our prior opponents had a less than stellar day. And when they did win [Texas] it helped them pass us up.we need Duke to beat Clemson, and Tennessee and Alabama to lose. It would also give us a nice boost for Indiana to win the Big 10.

The world is coming to an end Rick. There is one realistic Marshall fan.

This is from SVHerd on the SBC Board regarding Marshall and South Alabama.

"I doubt we get past USA. We will have to play out of our minds to win. SB is a great softball league"

Good. Would have been better if both lost, but that can't happen.

    N. Alabama beat Liberty again.

Indiana plays Minnesota tonight. Minnesota is RPI 25.

Chance for Indiana to jump several spots, since several in front of them are done.

It’s a bit unnerving moving down with some of these RPI rich teams beating up on each other this weekend.

We need to take care of our business and don’t give the committee any more reason to pass us up.

    Cajun opponents playing on Saturday:

Central Florida vs. Tulsa (AAC championship)
Florida State vs. Duke (ACC championship)
Indiana vs. Northwestern (Big 10 championship)
Princeton (needs 2 wins) vs. Harvard (Ivy championship)
UCLA vs. Utah (PAC 12 championship)
McNeese (undefeated)vs. Southeastern Louisiana (Southland championship)

UCF, FSU, UCLA and McNeese are favored in their games. Princeton beat Harvard beat 2 of 3 during the regular season so they can do it again. Indiana might move into the top 25 with a win.
