Fun (unconfirmed) fact:
Johnnys was started by a married couple. Marriage went south, and so did one of the participants (can’t remember if it was the husband or wife). Whichever it was moved to Lafayette and started BJ’s, using basically the same recipes and ingredients.
While the logo is a “Black Jack” depiction, BJ’s actually stands for…
Better than Johnny’s
Try the Ragin Cajun at Buck and Johnnys in Pont Breaux...
Johnnie’s, in my humble opinion, falls between the old CC’s and Chuckie Cheese.
I think y'all are being disingenuous because of your personal biases. We all have them, but to say Johnny's isn't good pizza is just wrong.
I Love Deano's, Central, Pizza Village, BJ's, Johnny's. I love pizza.
When I was a kid there was a Johnny's Pizza in Abbeville, I thought it was the best pizza in the world.
Don't know if it's the same franchise or even related to the Johnny's up north, but but they left Abbeville and Domino's took over their location for a few decades.
I'm more in line with Esqueleto. I pretty much love all the pizza places mentioned.
I hear Johnny’s dusts their crawfish.
Ah, got my threads crossed.
JJs, yes!
