I actually saw a game in the Maine hockey arena, they had just hired Shawn Walsh, who would bring them a couple of nat'l championships. One of the most amazing games I have seen, any sport. Maine was playing one of their rivals (I forget whom), already a national powerhouse, Maine was down 6-2 as I remember, but scored 3 unanswered, short-handed goals to close to 6-5. Most of the fans had left, but the few of us who had stayed were going wild.

The other team finally scored to go up by 2, and that was it.

But da-yum, that was some hockey game.

I got curious... as near as I can tell from this map, Yulman is somewhere between 0 & 5 feet below sea level.

The link shows elivation for the general area around Yulman. I had read where they built up for the foundation. .
