I've noted for years that the end of long winning streaks are often followed by a few more surprise losses and often losing streaks of thier own.

It's just inevitable that the intense focus that gets a team their winning streak will not be there after a loss.

These guys are UBR rejects.

Not exactly, only 10 players from Louisiana on the roster. They've actually shifted to recruiting more inner city players from Chicago, Baltimore, & Atlanta. There's also 4 international players. Alcorn State switched to more international players while a friend of mine was the hitting coach & it paid off with their first conference title. Jaguars problem is no pitching coach plus no budget.

Wish I could have made the game because Caleb Washington pitched 1.1 innings with 3 Ks.
