I am not a fan of that either ... as it messes with two pitchers' routines ... Nezuh and McGehee. I think that once you threw Rawls on Tuesday in Baton Rouge (three outs of stress pitches), you have made the decision not to start Rawls this weekend ... but use him in a key relief situation. You then start him the following weekend.
Especially after David Christie is not available until at least Sunday.
