Which, in turn, informs (misinforms) your notion that anything coming from a UL fan towards LSU could every be truly “unprovoked.” It could only be conceived as “unprovoked” when these people take a day off looking down their nose at us and then hollering like hit dogs when one of ours claps back.

I expect you know; was he at Arizona the year they beat us in our regional?

I know you're talking about their basepath speed, but Cooper running to first base from the mound to try and beat out (Max I think?) made me laugh out loud.

Man, Tigerploppings still a circus. Game thread at 67 pages and another 10+ threads started directly tied to last night’s game.
For “not caring”, that’s a lot of “not caring”.

Scott Tenorman’s salty tears can’t top that.

    Facts.

That ass clown single handedly ruined Nathen Bannister’s elbow in 2016 when he had that kid throw about 200 pitches against us in the regional at the Tigue.

He went on to have Tommy John surgery in the off season.

I would assume that he may be pushed back to Sunday with either Nezuh or McGehee going Friday (and the other on Saturday)

I was surprised when Johnson brought Bannister back on two days' rest to face us in that first elimination game. He threw over 100 pitches in that game after opening the tournament with nearly 100 pitches. But he only pitched against us once. Bannister faced Deggs and Sam Houston in the regional opener.

To be fair it’s likely he would have had TJ regardless and one could make a case that the earlier in a career the better.

200 pitches sounds very extreme though

JJ will burn guys arms just like Bertman burned McDonald’s. Anything to win.

We’ve lost 4 of the last 6 against them. I get the “it’s their Super Bowl” blah blah. But if this team wants to win a championship they have to set a higher standard”.

I should have said, totaled 200 pitches in two days in our regional.

The result is the same. He had zero regard for that kid’s arm and this is just one example that I know of.
